What You'll Do
As part of our clinical team, you will manage and support patients receiving:
- Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
- CPAP and BiPAP therapy
- Home oxygen therapy
- Other respiratory equipment and supplies
You'll educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing clinical support, troubleshoot equipment, and work closely with physicians and referral partners to ensure exceptional outcomes. Our goal is simple: help patients breathe better and live better.
What We're Looking For
- Active Illinois Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
- Experience with NIV, CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy, or respiratory equipment in any healthcare setting (hospital, LTACH, SNF, home health, sleep lab, pulmonary practice, etc.)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to deliver outstanding patient care
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
