Bilingual CPAP Technician (English / Spanish)
Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) CPAP Technician to provide education, setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for patients using CPAP and related sleep therapy equipment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working directly with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up CPAP, BiPAP, and related sleep therapy equipment
- Educate patients on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure patient compliance
- Document patient interactions accurately
- Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and insurance providers
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience as a CPAP Technician, DME Technician, or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of sleep therapy equipment and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- RPSGT, CRT, RRT, or equivalent certification a plus
